Cream cheese is cream cheese, right? Aboslutely not! Once you have tasted Gina Marie cream cheese by Sierra Nevada Cheese Company, you will never go back to that pasty stuff.
I put it in my eggs, on toast, make a cream sauce for pasta with it. It is sooooo good. The texture, the flavor, mmmmm. Sierra Nevada Cheese Company makes a bunch of great, award winning cheeses, and this cream cheese is no exception.
I buy mine at the Olympia Co-Op, but you can get it at Whole Foods and most yuppie grocery stores.
You'll never go back.
