6 Par Farmer has come to visit! Yippee! And in his honor, I thought cocktails were in order. While Sweet Peach and I were getting mani/pedis yesterday the Barefoot Contessa was on the telly making Pineapple Margaritas. We were drooling.

Mix:
1 cup Triple Sec
1 cup Tequila (we went with Don Eduardo Anejo which I mistakenly bought when attempting to buy Don Julio Anejo for a friend's birthday. Damn marketing companies.)
1 cup fresh lime juice (preferably squeezed by a hot man)
1 1/4 cups fresh pineapple juice
Shake with ice, serve with a chunk of pineapple, turn up the heat and pretend you are in Mexico!
